..and if so, what the hell is going on with our products and our customer service? I heard that customer service is absolutely horrendous and no one likes dealing with HPE customer support. Shipping everything to india and offshoring to bangalore has resulted in product quality going down the crapper. What does the customer quality team say? Or have they all been laid off a long time ago and offshored to india, explaining a lot?

Dealing with HP s---ed 20 years ago when I was a customer and now being on the inside I can see why. They buy good companies and then push the HP way on them. HP does not understand how to support customers.
They all went Oracle bringing the same mentality of sh--ty ustomer service with them.
Sorry no quality team was ever formed, do not think management care...BS management I would say...
