Bartlesville s--ks! The workers believe that their jobs are of the upmost importance. The majority are lazy, inept, complacent and brown nosers. The jobs should be outsourced because they do subpar quality work. It seems like the "workers" of Bartlesville are always trying to defend their jobs and work... sounds like a sign to me!

The anger towards Bartlesville is not baseless. Both ConocoPhillips and Phillips 66 continue to present Bartlesville in a light not in line with reality. Even the map to the Bartlesville offices from Tulsa follow a much more scenic and longer route. I interviewed late in the day without an opportunity to interact with the prospective co-workers. The recruiters are very competent and the compensation is hard to refuse. 6-12 months into the new role the individual contemplate the process to move elsewhere with the company but with heavy resistance from management for roles in Houston. The university new hires and are the exception to the rule but most go to work elsewhere in 2-3 years regardless. All in all , once in Bartlesville the escape is difficult at best. Arrogance is rampant and performance is low!
