In case anybody is still looking here - about 80 were laid off in Jerusalem in Q3 and Q4, most completing their LO between December 19th-31st.
We have a vibrant exCisco community network and many have already found jobs.
There is life after Cisco and most are relieved, like myself, that the wait is over and
we can get on with our lives and have genuine and interesting career choices ahead.
What about - security? GSS? Product engineering? VGW?
How many in Jerusalem got the exit? Which groups? IT?

Re: outsourcing - what "legacy" work is there in Israel? (apart from Smartcard and QAM which are obviously not strategic)
