Hewlett Packard Co. and XPO Logistics plan to lay off more than 30 workers each by the end of October.
The two companies recently notified the state's workforce development agency about the job reductions. A state log of pending layoffs shows technology company HP will lay off 32 people while shipping and logistics company XPO plans to lay off 37.
