I second "no more safety moments" and better still no more time wasting b---s--- performance reviews!!! Here's a thought how about we all send back our No LTI shirts...funny how there is money for them...especially when 3/4 of the company will never wear them to begin with!!!

My review was rewritten. Found out by fluke asking for copy from HR. All accomplishments taken out. Now I know why score so low thus receiving less bonus and raise. Crooked managers
Agreed. My ring is available also. I suspect that the individual who referred to those laid off as whiners and retards must be part of Enbridge Senior Management or part of the Enbridge PR machine. In either case, their comments are a prime example of the disresptful tone that is prevalant at Enridge. So much for the core values (see separate thread on RWP).
To the person who referred to us as whiners...have you ever given 3/4 of your life to a company and were planning to retire only to be laid off by such a "respectable" company ...I would bet probably not...u want my ring? I'd be happy to give it to you!!!
LTI free days shirts! LOL! This is a joke at GD. Many people know that it is a lot of BS and that there have been LTIs. This statistic does not indicate good safety performance, it indicates blatant dishonesty.
Whiners! Have you ever worked anywhere else?
The ring? Are you retarded? The ring is meant to serve as a reminder of Marshall and what the company learned... Most other companies would sweep this under the rug and try to forget about it.
The ring is on nearly ever employees desk.
That company wasted so much money on garbage with their logo on it. All of the flashlights, key rings, stress balls, gloves, hats, shirts and even a chair that I accumulated over my course there was ridiculous. And agreed, the company needs better management and the #1 reason why I left.
How about the "ring" we all got a few months after the leak in Michigan??? Made from the pipe that leaked. Every employee got one...what a waste of money!!!
Worst management in Canada!
