Why even bother?
I forget the details, but last time they only took answers from a certain designated group of employees...again, I can't remember. Maybe by how many employees in your store, or something like that. For everyone else, a general poll was taken and the most common problems were brought up.
But what I do remember is that it totally disqualified the opinions of me and my team members.
I love my team members and my school. So I stick around. But it seems like everyone from my RM up is a "Yes Man" with their head up their bosses a--.
Another voice survey is too little too late. Especially when--as the thread owner calls out--leadership sandbagged the last results. If the hope is that the new survey revelations will be less bleak this round, that's a waste of time and money. They won't be good, because the culture is on life support. Try something innovative and daring to save this company. The voice survey has no legitimacy whatsoever--regardless of how results are spun (or supressed).
Use a voice changer app to respond to this survey so you can give your truthful opinion without fear of retribution. Be forceful. Notify management that they failed. Give specifics incidents of nepotism, favoritism, unfair terminations, name the absentee management and identify there weaknesses, etc. you have nothing to lose, everything to gain. Demand that management release survey results promptly within a few days and require that a third party vouches for the accuracy of the results.
