Bullying and harassment goes on in the mortgage side as well, if reps say anything they are fired for ANY reason. HR and EAC do not keep any situation private.
The employees that are ALWAYS late and or tardy do not receive an occurrence, the reps that are devoted are micromanaged.
The unethical procedures that I see are not addressed and what would be a great change is to terminate all the supervisors, and managers, along with the slacker reps who are negative and hire FRESH eyes who are motivated and lift up spirits.
There is a great need for change here, good luck to all of us.
