I am hearing some pretty awful things from those experiencing this latest personnel disposal merryment. The lack of professionalism demonstrated by some is appalling. I was once proud to say I worked for this company--now I see their logo and all I can think of is how ignorance, the buddy-boy system, and callous disregard for human dignity has destroyed everything. Who wants to work here under these circumstances? The lucky ones are the gone ones.

DO NOT report this! It WILL come back to bite you. SPIRIT is a corporate idea, but at the individual level nobody believes or practices thise values. Just get out when the chance arises. The company is nothing like it was a mere 10 years ago.

They are manipulators, narcissists, and probably don't have a real friend to their name. It's a power play--I'm in charge, the big guy who can fire anyone I don't like. They are the smallest of small, and will likely leave this earth very lonely people.

Do it from a company phone that is not tied to a personal name. Don't give your name. Everyone who witnesses a manager who will tell his or her buddies who they are getting rid of, needs to be gotten rid of.
