If a real independent wanted a good laugh they could take a look at the "support groups" that are propped up in the good ole San Juan Asset. Mainly the 24-7? Logistics? Water hauling? Whatever they might get labeled as they are nothing more than an unecessary at best middle man. Seriously they think that a production company really needs to have a entire group that relays water hauling requests??? The asset is moving less gas and less water than ever before so what would make anyone think there is a need for a "special group" of people with zero production experience to help out??? Not to mention that this task has been easily handled by a pumper/lease operator and his water truck driver since we started this business. We'll see if it survives now that its supporting managers have/are leaving town. Cant help that the current supervisor of the group is a total moron with little balding man syndrome or that the people within are all either already sleeping with eachother or are trying to. At any rate they would not exist at a real independent company and with any luck they wont last much longer. Wish I had the energy to start on the IOC group.

Unnecessary groups will never vanish otherwise over inflated vcips will also, why do you think all those old mangers keep endless useless techs around...well besides the fact they are pervs

Agreed...also planning and scheduling what is the True necessity of that group can't the techs per each department schedule their groups maintenance then they would have real work to do other than gossip smoke and cause drama? Or 24/7 come on 100% the group that needs a complete OVERHAUL operators to supervisor get rid of them all and put adults in those positions.....Digit toolbox J.O.K.E absolute J.O.K.E we already have unnecessary people kicking out pm's they are called planning and scheduling move on LM there are no more parties and trips left for you!
