You have privacy issues, spam issues, etc. This board is manually administered 24/7 (feels like it, posts are vanishing all the time) so I suspect that you will not be able to find an equivalent one...
reddit has a /r/cisco sub-reddit but it's up and down and there is a ton of stuff that's not relevant - it's poorly administered, admins are volunteers, so spam, off-topic, tangent, kids asking random questions about switches, etc... - if you look at some other companies here you'll realize that all boards continue to live long after layoffs are gone so we may continue to hang out here for a while...
anyhow, the whole thing is a bit awkward, as for site to function you need to have ads, to have ads you need to have folks registered (that's why google wanted google plus and facebook wants you to log in all the time), yet - for company sites nobody wants to register due to privacy issue. long story short, it's hard if not impossible to make money with a site like this hence the lack of options... then you need to scale, you need to be distributed (you saw messages we had from down under, uk, etc...) - f--- it, i say this is it...
