@Jq2ge4n: There was a link in the paperwork given you when you were notified you were being laid off how to enroll in ADP access. You were supposed to complete that before you turned in your laptop. Did you not go through the separation checklist? It was on there. Call HR to see if you can still enroll. BTW, the pay stubs will be mailed to you for the final payments. I received mine today.
Can we access ADP once we turned in our laptops?
ADP is working now at least for me. Explains it very clearly.

No. October payment is required by Cisco because of WARN (60 day notice). They will pay October regardless of whether the separation agreement is signed or not. Once you sign the separation agreement, you will get your severances which is 3 months salary + COBRA equivalent.
I believe it is : Final pay from 9/5 to 9/19 + FY 16 Bonus + PTO balance
and after the separation agreement is signed will get the 3 months pay + Cobra payments.
I don't think it includes October pay yet as the agreements are not signed and they won't pay the severance until the agreements are signed.
I believe it's PTO + Pay from 9/12-9/19+ October Salary + Cobra for October + ESPP Refund (July-Sept 19). Note that the October salary and PTO payments are larger than expected because 401K and ESPP deductions are not taken out. I don't think it includes the fy 16 bonus (unless the bonuses for LR recipients' are tiny) because bonus payout is supposed to be September 30th.
How can separation cost be calculated when the separation date for a lot of us in the US is September 19th? Should the separation finished, before the pay-out can be calculated? What if a person gets rehired on the 19th which is before the separation date?

Bonus was supposed to be paid out on sept 30. But I am not able to account properly since amount is not equal to month pay and PTO payout. Last time when i had layoff my pay stubs had some clarity ..each paystub was seperate..severance was the last one i received fews days after signing the agreement. But it look difference this time. Also not paystub is not generated yet for money received in bank account.
