Temps at home office will be terminated on Sept 28 with their last day being Sept 30.

ALL Follett employees are Temps. Including Mary Lee, and now Ray.
This happens every year. We hire temps to help us get thru rush then they're gone once it's over. This is nothing new.
Rush ending on 9/30 is just a coincidence?
Seems a point is being missed. If temps are filling the roles of ft employees and they are released and not replaced with ft employees (with benefits) or more temps (with no benefits which is why Follett likes them), who does their work? I'm sure the Exc. VP's, VP's and Directors will jump right in to fill the void. HA! Get ready to work harder not smarter!
