Is anyone able to share in general detail what the UK package looks like for those in the sales organisation?
Is it generous?

No one will know for a couple of weeks , I understand that under a "Settlement Agreement" the company thinks they can get away with breaching every rule, but they have to at least pretend in UK that you are not automatically laid off and there is a chance of finding you a new role. So in the 1st consultation they will tell you you are at risk, it is later that they tell you you are laid off 100% and put a package in place.
Seems incorrect. Mine has a figure for ex gratia and another for in lieu of notice
UK notifications were on 19th Sept. Package is depending on served time but more generous than in the US, plus a month later due to the group consultation period. Final inidividual consultation date (last date to find internal role) is 17th Oct (4 weeks exactly).
You all can be happy with whatever package you get - there are countries in EMEAR you get just your standard salary for the time till the cancellation of your contract is valid.
Depending on country, this is 1-3 months - period.
Still unknown

It will be individually tailored on a basic principle, the company has less ground to make you redundant if the role is still there, you have over achieved constantly , met all your goals have all the relevant skills, etc.
If they do not offer you enough , you can go to arbitration (ACAS) first and then a tribunal. For the last 10 years a tribunal can award an employee what they feel is fair (almost no limit) , if they have been a victim of false redundancy.
2 years ago it was 8 months basic plus 1 week basic for every 1 year you worked up to a maximum of 12. So you could get 1 year basic if you'd been at Cisco for 12 years. Plus any holidays you hadn't taken and previous year bonus if you were on that plan. I think 40k of that is then tax free. Haven't heard what the package is this time, but I expect it's similar.
In the US, it is only one week per year. Three weeks per year is a great deal.
less than 1 month per year, more like 3 weeks per year! They have also included stat redundancy in that amount, regardless if you are entitled to 1.0 or 1.5 weeks per year!
