It is amazing how several on this site even administrators try to analyze and deflect when someone says something they don't like such as close Bartlesville and centralize to Houston. We know it's going to happen, we also know it's not going to happen this year. That does not mean it won't happen next year or the year after. So you go right ahead and buy those homes. You can buy mine and I will rent until I can get out!

I think you should get out now if you are so miserable. Take the loss now because apparently you think it is inevitable that you will be taking a loss on it.
