All HPE employees gathered round as the fearless leader told us all how Dell, in being controlled by a private equity firm, is 'Employee Unfriendly'. They've laid off around 5,000 employees... of course, Meg has laid off 85,000, so Dell has a long way to go to reach HPE-levels of 'Employee Unfriendlyiness'
What sort of psychopath gathers all her employees and then rants about how great her executives are doing at laying off Americans and Europeans in favor of employees in third world countries working for pennies on the dollar?
Meanwhile, managers are leaving the ship. You might have a more rodent-y name for them and a less floaty adjective for the mighty HPE ship, but they know something the rank-and-file don't.
All 'Big IT' companies are a problem for their workers. The whole business model is collapsing as their customers see they can no longer trust Meg and her ilk to honor a contract and provide the experienced people to service it. Their former customers are learning it is better to handle a lot of this stuff on their own. Finance, insurance, medical, industry... everybody is hiring people that companies like HPE used to provide.
