Tim, you are the best leader and President. You make the effort to get to know your staff and look them in the eye when you pass them in the hallway. It doesn't matter that you don't have a PhD and are our President. You represent us well and thank you. You have made University of Phoenix an awesome place to work.

Enjoying the kool-aid! If he is such a great president, why have the enrollment declines only accelerated under his so-called leadership? He might make work enjoyable for you because he has gotten to know you. That's absolutely wonderful for you, but all the while he has accelerated the destruction of the university. If you think that is a great representation, you may need to change your perspective. Enjoy your job while it lasts because if the deal goes through, you will still likely be out of work. And he will have made millions. Please make sure to thank him then.
