I am out and have to figure out what to do. I know there are no jobs. Good luck, I figure I will call the bank before they come looking for me. Wish I had saved more.

Got laid off 7 years ago by COP. Best thing that ever happened to me. When a door closes a window opens.Take care!!!
Sorry this happened to you. Take some time to work through your feelings, file for unemployment, and then get yourself back out there. Finding a new job takes time and a lot of energy, but you can do it. This is the end of your time with COP (and soon enough you'll be thankful for that), not just the end. Keep your head up, you have no reason to be ashamed.
The very first thing I would do is file for unemployment. Take your time to find a good position and give yourself time to recover from the sting of being one who got the hatchet! You will be ok!! Sending positive thoughts and prayers....
You will survive! You may have to take less salary, but you will survive!!! It takes a while to get over some of the hurt and feelings of betrayal, but keep telling yourself you have things to offer a good employer. One of the worst things I felt is when people who you worked with, and you thought were your friends, start to ignore you as if you are worthless, or as if hanging out with you marks them with a big 'L' for 'loser' or 'lay me off'. In reality many who are kept deserve the Scarlett's letter 'A' for A$$!
Chin-up. Be strong. Sleep in tomorrow. Start over. My heart hurts for you....blessings coming your way!
She has tits!

Keep on keeping on!!! you will be fine, never surrender...
Sell your soul to the devil!
