The people working at HAL did not make $5 a day back home, and do not make minimum wage here. I don't think anybody has to ask why they are being replaced; and it has nothing to do with ability.
And you have to ask why you're being replaced. My planet has Internet and there is a lot of information on there like wages from all over the world, also back home as in where they are from.

If you were a real asset you wouldn't have to worry. They are used to $5. a day back home so when we pay them U.S. Minimum wage it is the greatest thing in the world and it changes their whole life.
