UOP has a long history of hanging itself for the sake of "advancement". First it was the new classroom, now it's Vocado. Finance has half the staff than we did a couple of years ago but twice the work. We're the most hated department in UOP because we're overworked and cursed out multiple times a day. All the while we don't have the tools to do our job. Now they've realized they fired to many people in financial aid operations and they're pulling finance advisors to do their work Asif we weren't already understaffed

Finance is the worst department at UOP. Budgets once created are DOA. Forecasts are useless. Of course finance then blames the colleges and operations for their own ineptness. Finance doesn't need more resources. Finance needs competent resources.
And they are bringing in about 60 temps. So, they will be bringing in more people then they laid off in FA operations. Way to go Bronson, another outstanding decision. FA'S get ready for students files to be completely jacked up
