look as much as we would all love to work for a company who care what the employees think and feel about things, the reality is we all know the only thing modern managment care about is box ticking and ensuring they are okay. The only thing you can do to alter anything is leave if there are any jobs to go to and chalk it down to experience, oh and never come back!

I could give a sh-- if any company cares about me. I just want the cash on pay day. If you s---ers aren't getting the cash then shame on you.
listen rabid ranting man i said we would all like to work for a company that cares about us , but reality is we dont so rather than moan about it the only person who can change it is you. I have only worked for haliburtons for 10yrs and have come across many persons through the company that are like you sound. I do my job and pick up my wage and dont expect f all from the company that way i wont be let down.
You sound like one of the idiots coming out of college nowdays. Life is supposed to be fair. Everyone is supposed to care about me. No one can say anything that offends me. I've been here 40 years and can tell you that in that time, HAL never gave a crap about employees. Some managers are better than others but they aren't HAL. HAL doesn't care and it's not their job to do so. HAL's job is to provide a return on investors money. It's a f---ing job and you're a f---ing employee. That's it. That's all. All you should expect is a day's pay for a day's work. And to those that say 'I gave them 20 years of my life". Bullshit. They paid you for your time so you didn't "give" them sh--.
