The same as it is now I would suppose.
I worked in TAC for 4.5 years. Great coworkers, learned alot, and had one of the best managers of my career. It's a demanding, and very narrow, job. Most networking positions require a wider breath of knowledge than you develop in TAC from working on one specific technology or product. The longer you stay, the harder it will be to leave.
