Our Cisco rep ignored us for 3 years after a multimillion dollar sale. Luckily we have a good Cisco Partner. It is frustrating with the constant updates and the end-of-sale notices on equipment we have. Specially when the replacement product isn't available yet.

Cisco management have to EOS products because the situation becomes unmanageable after they let go the engineers who got product knowledge and transfer the product ownership to India.
So what is your point? How it is relevant here on layoffs.com?
