What are the chances of getting a merit next year and making bonus like it use to be. Im not sure I can go another year without some sort increase, even if small

I suspect that Nader reports to the head of B&T because the head of B&T is retiring soon and they will have Nader take his place. RG and TL mentioned as much when the transaction happened.
Come on guys get a clue. They are not going to have 3 CIOs, 3 department heads for similar areas etc,.. and the winners are going to be from ....
I wondered that too...bottom line- RG will do whatever has the best chance of making the company halfway profitable. At first, to quote Nader "not rushing to the altar " and we are " getting our groove " back...why he reports to GC? Easy answer...there is 0 transparency...obviously a lot we don't know about the entire transaction.
WTF? Why would Ray put B&T above FSS?
Good question. Look at the leadership structure. Why is FSS reporting to B&T?
Why would B&T absorb FSS? We bought them, not the other way around!
No bonuses or raises. We are much worse than anyone is letting on. Ignore the dashboard's overall scores, they are inflated by acquisitions. Year over years on existing are what matter and Retail same store sales declined at twice the rate of B&N. Baker and Taylor was in a downward trajectory but found a s---er to overpay for them. A s---er so naive we now believe their egomaniacal leadership should call the shots. Talk about a coup. Family is letting Wholesale rot under incompetent guide pricing team, hoping to find a s---er to buy Retail, and looking to B&T to absorb FSS.
If you are under 50 look for another job, this company might not be around much longer, so sad
According to the rush tracker 5000 we r only 1% behind our rush target. Unless our target is too lose money, which would not surprise me, we have to be making money.
I doubt we get any bonus or raise. The family will play spin doctor and say we lost money so they can fill their greedy pockets and top off heir trust funds.
Things are way worse. There is a better chance of a Kardashian becoming a brain surgeon than of raises and bonuses coming back.
Actually, things look worse this year. Once again no raises, no bonuses but, surely more layoffs, reduced hours and cut benefits will happen.
RG already stated that next year will be the same thing.
