Cisco Channel Partners get access to the resume's on LHH. Usually they really want Cisco employees, so it cuts down the job hunt time.

So far I have found them to be useful. They will help you tremendously with resume writing, Linked In networking, interview skills.

What they won't do is actually find a job for you. They'll give you tools to help you find a job. If you have high-demand skills you might not need, them but if you haven't done a job search in a long time or ever since college then they provide some really useful tools.

There is an incredible amount of info on the LHH web site. I'd like to have more than 60 days to peruse everything that's there but I' not willing to sign the separation agreement, so will only get the 60.

I've been to two webinars so far. Both had some useful (limited) info but were at least twice as long in duration as they needed to be. Still, you need to go to find out how useful it will be for you.

I have not gotten a resume coach. I have high hopes for that.
