As I read stories shared by employees, both past and current, it is apparent that as a public company, there was and currently is targeted discrimination, cooked books and illegal, unethical business practices with the implied intent of deceiving financial results and investor opinion. The Federal Trade Commission needs to be notified of this immediately and an in depth investigation needs to take place immediately. Practices such as described are the exact reasons that restrictive laws are now in place to protect the public, the employees and investors.
Likewise, such behavior is exactly why unions are effective in penetrating businesses that are not run in lithe best interest of employee fairness. To read that employees with tenure were targeted for dismissal is a clear violation of federal laws and especially within the public sector. This needs to be investigated and acted upon at the highest levels. It is aa top down issue. I intend to alert agencies that will take immediate interest in this matter from a legal standpoint. These leaders cannot be allowed to get away with this type of behavior, period. If you are aware of any behavior that will collaborate this within the company, please stay tuned. We need everyone's help to ensure that this is dealt with severely and those responsible are punishe with the limits of both legal and civil courts. Several names have been shared and this will allow a starting point. This is an outright crime.
