Thread regarding Enbridge Inc. layoffs

Customers

Our own management hasn't been concerned about costs to customers. They've been huddled in a room for months working on BOEF - no work has trickled down and you think employees should be concerned. Get real.

Since Marshall what successes have we had? Gateway, Line 3 replacement, Sandpiper. We hired for projects we didn't have a social license for and that's why BOEF is happening. It's a correction.

I don't think the post implied Marshall was a success but rather a reference to a point in time for the company. BOEF is happening in large part because the former MP leadership (as of May) often said that not having enough staff wasn't a reason for getting things done. As a result teams exploded with duplicate roles. It was bound to collapse.

I wouldn't consider Marshall to be a success. That incident remains a huge black mark on the Enbridge name in Michigan.
