@JPfsLRE-vjh - I am so pleased that you asked what I am having for lunch. For my first course I am having Doh Khleh. I find the pig brains are especially delicious this time of year. And my main course will be Bhunni from Garhwal. The goat intestines are very tender. And of course I will have a glass of cobra urine to aid in my digestion.
