@zuu to what end? The majority of politicians are in favor of this switch to cheap labor because they believe it makes business competitive. It won't sink in with them until their office has phone issues where they can't call their buddies to set up the golf event where they collude on their next scandal.

This is b---s---. I work in business customer care and our previous office was completely surplused. Our current location had 10 surplused two years ago and they just surplused another five last month. They also surplused about three offices in other cities. Most of these jobs are getting sent to India and the Phillipines. Have no clue where the OP got this crap from. We are a dying breed. You know your on borrowed time when your job title has been grandfathered. Please do some research before posting crap like this.

Not with ATT. VP's have been heard to say, on conference calls where it is being discussed that customer satisfaction will suffer, that they don't care. And they don't. The more headcount they cut, the more customer support they lose. But it saves them money. And until the customers, and I'm mainly talking about major customers, start leaving, they aren't going to change.
