Hmm how about a manager who laughs at your efforts? Ignores you repeatedly and upper management does nothing about it? Are there some positive aspects? Yes - but that's not what the board is for

Abuse; Follett turned on log term employees. Employees who were high functioning and valued were targeted because they made too much money. They were assigned departments they had no background in running. They were given no direction on what goals were, or what good outcomes were. They were criticized for every decision made. They were put on plans to "improve performance". They were, in other words, suddenly stupid. The goal was to drive them out through abusive "discipline", or the targeted employee would resign. They backed this plan with aggressive tactics by legal to squash any attempt at severance or compensation. To my knowledge there is no smoking gun email or memo directing RMs and directors to take this action.

You see betrayal and abuse went hand in hand.

Ur right, I don't work in store management, but I have never been part of a conversation where it's decided that the company wants to abuse employees. So I am just trying to look for specifics on actual occurrences or determine if ur just disgruntled.

What is this betrayal and contempt and abuse that you are referring to? I'm not saying that your wrong but it's not something that I believe I have experienced it yet. So I'm just curious as to what the tell tale signs may be. So please elaborate!

Point taken. Follett is POSITIVELY the one of the worst companies to work, over the past 5 years. The betrayal of the employees by management, the board and the family, has been positively stunning. Their contempt is like the rising sun and the promise of a new day. The abuse is unmatched and executed with cunning brutality. They are the best at hurting the very employees who loved working for them. I'm upbeat and positive that my next employer will treat me better. This is positively life changing and I'm looking to grow in a positive direction.

Better? Positively!

I tried being positive. All my messages have been positive. I'm just stating the obvious. Thank you for proving my point

Your hyperbole is negative. So any negative response will just be a positive to your negativity.

define positive and evil. They're subjective.

Follett s---s. BTW, there was net loss during the rush period for FHEG wholesale. So expect the retail side to be hit with more layoffs.
