I've been moved from Operations Specialist to RSS. (A new, made-up position?) I've received nothing concrete about this role. From what I gather, it is a combination of the Experience Specialist and Ops Specialist roles. Our Experience Specialist role has been dissolved, and that rep was offered a severance package or the opportunity to apply for other positions.
We were told we could apply, but they won't even say what positions will be open or how many. I'm almost a decade in. I'm devastated.
Get educated before throwing around the number to a union member. Union stores were cut as well. The union is a business that wants your hard earned money. They make false promises they can't fulfill.
