Hello guys I see many of you lesser IPF (0.5 or 0.6% ) - which is for a bottom 5 to just move on. Move is ok , but I suppose you cant rejoin back anytime even when the company you join gets aquired by Cisco. Why isnt anybody not showing any anger on sudden pushing of person to bottom 5 after a long long time in Cisco ? Am I the one just worried ?

Nae, you can be rehired but the question is ... Why would someone want to rejoin?
run run run. Be happy that you still retain a sane mind and your manager has not tortured you into insanity. Run with your health intact, to another company. why would you want to go back to that place ?

How do you know you are in bottom 5% ?
