Almost 100% of the time when someone has an idea of any sort that's directed toward coming together and making a stand, some negative person calls it stupid and dumb. I think it's because that same person has no ideas of there own so by nature any idea to them is dumb. How dumb. You are the reason why Follett is like it is today. You, my friend, should get a life and stop hating.

Very Dumb AND Stupid. As opposed to smart an stupid or dumb and intelligent? Don't worry about bozo's critique. Not a strong thinker.
Don't be afraid to say organize. Coming together is something we do at a tailgate party, a wedding, an anniversary or a funeral. We want to organize working folks. We want the front line worker to have a say about how this company is run. Over the past many years management's ideas (and lack of ideas) has caused chaos. We want to organize so we have a say.
We can make a difference. Management is terrified of a unified workforce. If we begin calling in sick in waves, they may finally understand that it is the workers who get stuff done. We should be considered. We should have a voice.
I believe what they mean is come together to move the company forward so that management can understand the underlying issues better. This board is for those who care about their jobs and the company. Just leave is always said, but what if you really loved your job previously? What if you want leadership to get back in the right direction. Not everyone wants Follett to fail.
"Almost 100%"? Cite your sources. "Coming together" against the company? You must be very full of yourself. You try to make it sound like you are at war with the person paying your wages. Not too bright if you ask me. Seriously. If you have to post to a board like this to b--ch and moan about how unfair your employer is and then you do nothing about it in real life, there is something wrong with you. Seriously, think about what I'm saying here. If you don't like things that much, then why are you still at Follett? What are you waiting for? Find a different job.
