Hello hardworking sheeple, back from my 2 week vacation. Looking forward to getting back to my usual phone games and milk my sugar daddy Cisco. Deadwood over and out.

@bqka, a short update. Had a chance to hire a friend from my village to be the new engineering vp of high end routing. Please join me to welcome the latest addition to our deadwood family.
Deadwood, what's your latest update?
Count me in for the deadwood life I'm burnt.
+1 for another convert. Burned major cycles and working hard get you nowhere for 15+ years. Talk big and do nothing gets promotions and bonuses. remember that Shysko is about culture. "I am all in" with the Shysko culture.
I'm a deadwood convert from here on I'm going to do enough just to get by. After 10 years of carrying my team and zero advancement I will just follow the way of the deadwood.
@JEC3kuQ-3aeb ..it seems you are from Product Management/ BU!!
Nurturing deadwood, the fall of managers.
For those working hard, you will be laidoff in the next round
You forgot Sales.. Cisco pays ~$300K for G12s.....
Hey Deadwood, how was The Price is Right and soap operas today?
technical overlays
What's that?
We know you're having fun with the Deadwood topic but have a bit of empathy, geez!. My team and extended teams were full of hardworking and talented people who were all impacted by LRs since last November, Every time there was a staff gap, the rest of us picked up the slack b/c the work remained the same. Not one person has landed a regular job and we're all working hard to find another one. Some of us are remote, so finding a job is even harder for them. We have families, mortgages/rent, tuition, car payments, etc. It sure irks me knowing I was never a Deadwood, nor were my colleagues and you are funnin' and we're scrambling.
It' great hiding out at cisco. the best roles are marketing, services and technical overlays in GSP. great money and little work!
Playing games will lose your job
What an a-hole.
Keep the important updates coming Deadwood. Be sure to take a cigarette break between games so you don't wear yourself out.
