$250 Bonus!!!

My bonus was $250. This is 1/30th of what I usually get. I have his personal email address so I'm literally thinking about transferring $250 to his paypal account.

At least you got something for a bonus. I called HR today and apparently my manager decided to keep mine. Pretty petty to keep our bonus'.

My bonus was about 1/3 of what it has been in the past.

One more reason not to wait to leave. Waiting to get LR'd come year end may not be the financial boon you hope for if these shanninagins are part of the playbook.

Leave when you can, with your sanity. Don't let a good opportunity go by.

This is unfortunately. I feel Sorry for the OP. My friend who still works there told me they think the last round of layoff is all political, the wrong people got layoff the last round. Your manager should have been fired instead of getting layoff next time.

Where in the termination letter does it mention that one is in bottom 5 ?? How to check that ?

That's terrible. If I were your manager and lost the fight to give you a fair bonus, I would refuse to be the one who communicated the $250 decision. The coward who made that call would have to do their own dirty work.

I guess I should be thankful that my boss wasn't a jerk and gave me a good bonus that comes to a same as what I got before even after I got let go.
