Thread regarding ConocoPhillips layoffs

Are any positions in your group being backfilled? How many are replacing EOIs, as well as people who were screwed and forced out?

Seems like being an employee doesn't have any value anymore. Conoco seems like a sinking ship.

I saw a lot of "backfilling" going on. And not even the common courtesy of a reach around.
