They will save jobs yes, but only where they can match up someone who has EOId and is in a role they have identified needs to be eliminated. Or where someone has EOId that they can let go because someone with the same skill set and performance level who would otherwise be at risk can be moved in behind them. Good luck to almost all.

They will manipulate numbers of people to make things look good on the company. For instance, they have laid off people in Bartlesville frim various departments for the past few months. Just straggler layoffs here and there weeks before any announcement of the upcoming layoff in September. Will the company include those people who were cut in the past few months in the numbers with the total layoff count? Doubt it! They don't want the community to panic by letting everyone know just how many they are laying off. It is sad! Good luck to all!
