Our boss canceled our Team Meeting... basically saying that "things are still in the works" that she can not talk or answer questions about. Sounds like more layoffs are coming.

September 19 is the last day for affected people.
So far, the people in San Jose that I know of, it's 30 day notice... which means they can stop working immediately and still have the laptop for 30 days to access Cisco intranet, update email addresses for benefit, stock, download echeck, insurance policy , etc... they dont really want you to come on site.
No one is sure of anything ... take that to the bank.
people who got affected in sanjose were asked to leave immediately or given notice period? if so how many days notice period??
Are you sure San Jose will have more this Fall? I was pretty sure San Jose was pretty much done for now, or least in most organizations.
Or maybe she got layed off and hasn't told you.....
I say a mass walk out, that would fix evil Corp
Will be an excellent Christmas gift I guess :-)
