Take your cheap gifts and shove 'em. Gift cards, crappy pizza, a couple electronics and whatever your using to try and placate us wont work. We want and deserve raises, better company contribution to our healthcare, telecommuting, more vacation hours and real tuition waivers for any programs. Its a shame we work for a school and its so difficult to actually go to school because uop limits options and our schedules keep us from attending even at night! Make shift "goodie bags" and donuts are NOT what we need. Get a friggin clue!!

Back when UoP picked up tuition @ASU...that was bc some board members (major stockholders with APOL) were also on the board at ASU. It's true. Yep, this place has gone down the tubes and I'd doubt it'll be here more than 2yrs
OP - sure, and I want to be taller and not be bald anymore. Have you paid any attention to what is happening across the industry? If you like what you do, be thankful you still have a job (for the time being...). If not - quit complaining and get busy finding something else.

I remember when UOP used to help pay for tuition for any program even one not offered at UOP. You could take classes at ASU and UOP would cover 80% tuition ...things have definitely changed. These they barely want to cover any health insurance. There are no promotions and another huge layoff is coming up. Miss the good ole days.

You should probably know this since you work here... University of Phoenix offers online classes. Don't complain about scheduling issues when you can attend class at any time of day. It sounds like you're just making an excuse to avoid enrolling.
BTW if you think you're worth more than you're getting paid at Uop, find another place to work. Seems simple enough to me.
