Vz still needs couple months to make the cash money to buy yahoo since no bank will lend them.......layoffs will be here before you scratch you A$$.
Any fool that believes there will be no layoffs needs to seek medical counseling. Verizon is struggling with market share. It's deeply in debt. Yahoo! also has been struggling with market share! And Verizon is determined to offshore all of it's IT .... except for the scabs it needs to make it look like they can break a strike. But like everything else, Verizon hasn't been very successful at that.
So either get your RIF box or your Vaseline ready. You're going to need it.
