Got terminated on IS payroll after +3 years employment. Was told I get two weeks per year severance under UTI US Abroad. It seems all other plans are one month per year severance though. Also it is final base salary but isn't including coefficient. Anyone know how this works?

You get 2wks for every year of service but it max out at 26wks equivalent pay
Can you not see this on your deferred benefits page or statement? mine states XX months under the CTI plan
check with the BACO team. You need to initiate contact with them. They will give you a full summary of your IS benefits (non-US). If you worked in US you need to be in touch with your local HR team.
