Thread regarding Follett layoffs

Pleased stop posting "laws" that aren't actually practiced by those within leadership positions- you can't sh-- on employees year after year and expect loyalty and enthusiasm...good leaders know what the components of strategic goals are-FSS had one sided ones. Great- sales are growing-what about back office support? Any clue how reduced staff and lousy infrastructure are going to support all this? Good leaders 'Maxwell " think it ALL through- then commit. They also get buy in from people actually doing it- not by SVP's that never show up to meetings on time (or at all)

This is the reality of working at Follett, that is why it is so hard to WANT to come to work each day. This is not bitterness, this is pointing out where the flaws are in the current thinking.
