Exactly, @2epr. There are so many things going wrong with this Company. I'm really starting to believe that each move is part of a strategy to continue breaking apart the Company, lowering its market value to an attractive point for an acquisition (or "merger" - but even in mergers there is always one dominant party, and for sure that wouldn't be HPE). There is people that will make A LOT of money when they sell the Company. Lots, and lots of money... I should start buying Company stock... When the remaining pieces are sold out, I bet the stock will hike, and I'll make some good money on that investment...

So saving a few thousand dollars today, at the expense of losing $200 million in sales tomorrow. That sounds about right for Meg.

Sounds like history repeating itself... From 2003 to 2014 I was responsible for an account group that required regular travel to eight customer locations. I was on the road executing visits to meet with C-level customers and decision makers twice monthly. My accounts revenue contribution was $110M annually with additional one time service purchases totaling nearly additionally $75M each year. I knew something was wrong in mid 2014 when they cut all travel and I was not allowed to visit with my accounts. By the end of 2014, I was WFR'ed. I was happy to learn that in 2015 and 2016, the account was ultimately lost to HPE competitors. It amazes me how short sighted those who set policy at HPE are. They continuously send signals to customers (and employees) that the company has no interest in customer satisfaction or new business development.

What is going on is Meg has started the plundering process and from here on out she'll be tearing Aruba apart for quick cash.

You don't need customer-facing travel because selling stuff doesn't directly boost the stock price the way that crippling cost cuts do.

No even Customer-facing trips? For 6 months?? Usually, most of those were approved as exceptions, even during the toughest times on previous Q4's last weeks. Not a good sign... At all...

All travel has been suspended including to see customers for Q 3 and most likely Q 4 company wide.

It's just another cost saving measure.
