It's not a great spot to be in. Stuck between supporting your people and the bumbling idiots above you. On top of that, if your GVP is a useless prick (my last one was), you have to put lipstick on a pig constantly. Not fun. I don't miss those days.

Hasn't there been a significant turn over in that position this past year? That being said, considering who hires the replacements, I'll be amazed if any RM can find their asswith both hands!
