I'd rate her closer to the version in "Moving Violations" where she's sitting in the stand-up urinal in a men's room wondering why her back is wet.
Accelerating, but have no faith that it actually means something.
accelerating but getting laid off 7/18....So much for, "if you are an above average performer, you have nothing to worry about."

We were told that for every accelerating, they have to give out a stalled. How is that fair?
