Original Poster: Dont worry, in the musical chair, every round gets few chairs removed. Ultimately, managers who stick around longer, make themselves irrelevant to whole industry, and have no place to go outside cisco.
So when they are also cut, they make lost all opportunities to be hired anywhere.
