So many places that would appreciate you...and yet you stay. Do you think you will rise from the ashes? Do you think there's something worth saving? Do they value you more because they've fired everyone who knew how to walk? You are better than this. I hope to see news of your new role somewhere else...where they deserve you. PS thanks for the endotsements- they matter to me.

Just about ready to leave, even tho I won't be able to get another job at 65. Don't get paid enough to be store manager & text manager. Not to mention the debacle of price matching
No I dont work for HR....I always hated HR except of course AS. Like bullies for the most part. I was not talking to those of u that might struggle getting out. Im sorry for those of you that are trapped. But you must look at one or two of the pre-MLS folks, young, well educated, talented, completely marketable and wonder why they surround themselves with such toxicity. They deserve better.
Who wrote this? Are you working fro Follett HR? Are you saying that employees should toss themselves out the door when Follett doesn't want them anymore. Are you making another outrageous demand on top of mistreatment. Eventually we all have to go our separate ways but why does everything has to on follett's favor.
It's not as easy as " just quitting "- people have families and obligations . It's time to start looking for sure. It also depends on who you work for in my opinion. I love my manager which is the only reason I'm returning to this freak show every day
I have 1 maybe 2 years until retirement, no one will hire a 65 year old. Just biding my time, doing my job, striving for personal best for my own achievement. How sad Follett just doesn't care about us anymore.
Can't just quit have a mortgage payment
Been trying for months to get out!
