Someone mentioned that the deadwood at "high" positions is chopping off 50% budget. A couple of good VPs but the deadwood mafia is going to kill the org.

Time to get out. Cisco s---ing at anything big data analytics. The Indian mafia that ran that were dumb f--- no nothing's.
Many opportunities to get a better job. A pay adjustment should not be taken negatively. Look for good work.
Look for advice from free (contingency) lawyer. Not sure, but some claim that for a % cut, they can get you much higher package.
