you should mentally prepare for the worst. you'll get a standard scripted speech and anything you ask the manager will tell you to refer to the package.

My manager scheduled a 1:1 with me for 9:30 tomorrow morning.
I have no idea what I'm headed for, but fearing the worst.
The big trouble, for me, is: I've got a disabled wife who I need to take care of. Over the last several years I've worked 75-90% from home, going in to the office two mornings a week and it's worked quite well.
Finding a new position with that level of flexibility is going to be extremely difficult.

Do they have to do LR discussions between 9 and 5?
Actually this is usually what we do - we schedule 1:1s with the lambs and then speak with everyone else to tell them who is going.
Just make sure you dont have the 9am 1:1 !
