My teammate got an one on one invite for tomorrow noon. What does that mean?

it means you should get on your parents good side cause you'll need a place to live soon.
It means my manager will be sitting in his office alone because I'm going to lunch.
Means, pick a few keepsakes, leave some things behind, do a reply-all and DROP THE MIC
A "1-on-1 invite" is corporate-speak for termination. The manager will conduct the "exit interview" with the employee that is about to be laid-off. :-P
