Heard several employees were/are under investigation for ethics issues. Anyone else hear anything?

Lmao, is corporate security hiring?
Retaliation is alive and well.
That's just standard practice. There are employees and managers being investigated all the time. People do stupid things and get caught for it all the time, whether times are good or bad. And before you blame Ethics or HR for inaction - only make a claim that you can back up with facts and proof otherwise they can't take action. Don't expect the company can prove there's a fire if all you can show them is smoke. Facts, details, proof, and witnesses who can back up what you are saying. If you think you've been retaliated against for making a report in good faith and you can prove it, report it. Retaliation is worse for the company than any original offense and it has to be taken seriously.
No. Investigation of employee.
Corporate Security is hiring?
It was more than Aviation...Corporate Security was here in Dickinson interviewing employees.
And the only feedback you will receive after filing an ethics claim is the retaliation.
If you turn in a report, even if it is true, you may wish you were laid off! In good times, your friends know you! BUT, in bad times, you know your friends!!!
It was Houston Aviation and 2 of people have been dealt with so far. Great job Ethics group!
Exactly! If you report, you will be gone! That's why so many unethical incidents go unreported and the dirt bags know they can continue doing things.....nothing will happen to them!
The individuals reporting the ethics issues will be included in the next round of layoff. The individuals committing the ethics issues will be promoted. Welcome to ConocoPhillips.
Does it matter? Nothing will be done to reprimand these people. The Ethics group is a joke.
